What exactly are token and compute costs on Standard?
Every Counterparty Research and Outreach run uses AI processing and data sourcing. On Standard, these costs are charged against your account balance based on actual usage, similar to how cloud services bill by compute time. You only pay for what you run, with no monthly fee, no subscription, and no minimum spend.
How does the $500 Professional commitment work?
Professional is billed $500 monthly in automatically renewing three-calendar-month commitments. Each successful payment grants $600 in platform credits for your team. Unused credits accumulate across months and renewals. If your team’s usage exceeds its available credits, top up your account balance.
How do managed mail and connected inboxes work?
Professional and Enterprise include managed M&A email: bring your domains, and we handle mailbox provisioning, warm-up, deliverability, and reputation monitoring. You can also bring your own mailbox (BYOM). Professional supports one connected BYOM inbox per eligible user; Enterprise supports unlimited connected BYOM inboxes. We configure managed delivery around your campaign volume, mailbox warm-up, and domain reputation.
How do replies and CRM workflows work?
On both Professional and Enterprise, genuine counterparty replies are routed directly to your inbox so conversations continue in your normal workflow. Professional and Enterprise include API access for custom CRM and workflow integrations.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
Standard is pay-as-you-go with no subscription commitment. Professional renews in three-calendar-month commitments, each requiring three $500 monthly payments. Enterprise is $12,000 paid annually upfront and renews each year. You may request cancellation at any time, effective at the current commitment end; cancel before renewal to avoid the next commitment. Committed payments remain due. At effective cancellation only unused subscription credits lapse; purchased top-ups and other credits retain their own expiry rules. See the current terms.
Can we upgrade or downgrade?
A Professional-to-Enterprise upgrade starts after successful payment. The unused part of your already-paid Professional period is discounted from the $12,000 annual price, and you receive the full $15,000 annual credit allowance. Enterprise-to-Professional downgrades start at the end of the annual term. Existing subscription credits carry forward in either direction. Moving to Standard follows the cancellation rules above.
Does Professional or Enterprise replace our PitchBook, CapIQ, Grata, or Inven subscriptions?
For most use cases, yes. Financesaur sources counterparty data in real time from multiple live feeds, keeping your lists current the moment you run them. Many teams find they can completely retire their legacy PitchBook, CapIQ, Grata, or Inven subscriptions after running their first mandate on our platform.
